My name is Noelle. I am an accredited counsellor and psychotherapist. I have been passionate about psychology and mental health for many years. Prior to my training as a therapist, I worked as a primary teacher for 14 years.
I am very grateful to have been able to fulfil my dream of studying psychology, from there it was a natural progression to train as a counsellor and a psychotherapist.
I feel very privileged to work as a therapist and to empower clients to share their stories and begin the healing process.
it is my mission to raise awareness of mental health issues and to support people on their journey towards enhanced mental wellbeing.
I love learning new therapeutic techniques and being informed on new research related to mental health.
I know how difficult it can be to reach out for help when experiencing mental health difficulties. I am here to support you on every step of your journey and to offer a non-judgemental and empathetic space where you can begin to understand and process your experiences and begin the journey of healing.
